With expertise in both the prevention and rehabilitation of workplace injuries, Workwell provides employers with comprehensive injury management strategies. Comprehensive training programs are designed to improve the health and wellbeing of employees.

Participants are educated on the risks that sustained and/or awkward postures and repetitive movements pose to their musculoskeletal health. Most importantly, employees are provided with effective strategies to properly manage these risks.

Our focus is on empowering employees to understand the key ergonomic principles and how to apply these to their work environment. They gain valuable insight into ideal important workplace health areas including workstation posture, task techniques, workflow management, break structure and the important role of exercise. In doing so, employers and employees are better prepared to prevent the development of common musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.
