Kate completed her Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science degrees at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She has experience with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and has a passion for injuries of the ankle, knee and shoulder. She has a background in Exercise Science and can develop home and gym rehabilitation programs to return a patient to sport and prevent future injury.
For many years Kate has played competitive netball and more recently AFL. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding the sports and common injuries associated with the high intensity sports.
Kate can perform a range of treatment techniques including dry needling and she has an interest in Clinical Pilates.
