Harrison graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters of Podiatric Practice and a Bachelor of Health Science.
Having been an avid sportsman all his life and growing up playing sports such as football and basketball, Harrison had several injuries throughout his career. The impact of these has led to his interest in focusing on sporting injuries and various musculoskeletal conditions of the lower limb and foot, through correcting biomechanics.
Whilst Harrison enjoys working with athletes with sporting injuries, he also has an interest in other aspects of podiatry such as orthotic therapy, paediatrics, nail surgery, diabetes management and general care issues such as nails, corns and calluses. Underlying his treatment is a passion for continual learning about current trends and new information in the health and fitness.
With a close following of the NBA and the Essendon Football Club in the AFL, Harrison still enjoys playing competitive sport. Harrison is well travelled, having recently returned from a four month holiday through Europe, which was highlighted by watching the Socceroos play in Russia for the World Cup.
