Who we are looking for

Backfocus Physiotherapy is looking for personable, skilled and motivated physiotherapists with excellent communication skills to join our experienced and friendly team. Our staff must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Our selection criteria include:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent and Current Australian Physiotherapy Registration (Essential)
  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant clinical experience, knowledge and demonstrated clinical competence in the physiotherapeutic management of patients in private practice setting
  • Demonstrated capacity to achieve goals in personal and professional setting
  • Commitment to and involvement in continuing education
  • Demonstrated professional and personal integrity and commitment
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
